Everyone loves the idea of Profit Sharing!!
So I plan on doing just that.

Here's how the Profit Share Plan will work for VXEnvoy.

  • One dollar ($1) from each sign post install will go into a pot. On the first of each month
    the pot will be tallied and divided as follows;

  • 1/2 of the money ($.50 per install) will be given to the Realtor who ordered the
    most sign post installations for that month.   (This will be called Profit Share)

  • 1/2 of the money will be given via a drawing, held on the first of each month. This
    gives every agent ordering an installation within the last sixty days at the time of
    drawing a chance to be eligible for the 'prize'.   (This will be called the Prize)
  • Newest update -- Sept. 1, 2007 --- Dollar amounts will be rounded up or down to
    the nearest $5 and the Prize and the Profit share will be given not as a check or
    money order but as a gift card to a local shop or restaurant.
  • For those of you who have seen this page before, you will notice the profit share program has
    changed. The dollar amount per install has gone down, but with business increasing, profit share
    checks can still remain a nice size. With gas as my largest expense, I am trying to find every way to
    cut business expenses instead of raising prices.
  • This program is not similar to other profit share programs such as the one at Keller Williams. This
    program is not at all based on profit (if it were, checks would never go out!). It is simply a fun way to
    keep you as clients engaged and interested in the affairs of this business.
  • Winners for the 'Prize' are drawn randomly with each qualifying agent receiving one name in the hat.
    It is therefore possible that the agent who gets the Profit Share may also collect the Prize.
  • This page of VXEnvoy.com will be updated routinely so you may see the current dollar amounts in
    each pot. Updates will usually occur weekly at the end of each week.
  • The Profit Share and the Prize will be awarded each month. If you are the recipient, it will be mailed to
    you the first Monday of the month. On occasion, I may hand deliver versus the above.
